Shipping & Returns
HiddenDirk.com proudly ships all of our items through the US Postal Service. In order for us to fully ensure your purchases during shipping, our rates are based upon the amount of your shipping cart total.For shopping cart totals up to $39.99, shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. For all orders over $40.00, shipping is $9.00. Prices payable for the products you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order, plus any shipping charges as set out in the order form. Full payment, including all tax and shipping costs, must be received prior to order being processed or shipped. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks processing time for in stock items and up to 90 days for custom orders (includes all clothing with the exception of socks). Custom orders needed prior to the 90 day lead time may be subject to a rush fee, depending on current project schedule and order due date - contact us immediately after, or prior to your purchase to check current scheduling.
International shipping will be through the current, most cost effective means between USPS International, UPS and FedEx - shipping from zip code 43045. International shipping fees do not include any custom fees or additional fees charged by the country to which the item is being shipped, and are the full responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs that come to an actual total over shipping costs charge through this website may be billed separately.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.

We will gladly refund your purchase cost for regular orders (shipping/handling charges are not refundable). We cannot offer refunds on special order items. Additionally, items that have been altered by the customer or a third party cannot be returned for a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items with a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please also include your name, address, and refund/replacement instructions. Returned items should be properly packed, insured for your protection, postage-paid, and in the same undamaged condition as when it left our store. We will be happy to send you a refund or a replacement - your choice. Any returned orders after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note - the colors you see on your computer monitor can vary from how the colors may look in actuality or on other computer monitors. Quality of monitor, your screen resolution and other factors can all show you a slightly different variation of the same color(s). These swatches are for quidelines only. We cannot replace or refund custom orders due to color variations between actual fabric color and incorrect monitor imaging.
Rush production is available for an additional rush fee per item, based on the following scale. Dates are figured from when your order is placed and paid to when the order needs to ship to reach you within your time-frame.

Over 3 weeks to under 4 weeks - additional $15/item
Over 2 weeks to under 3 weeks - additional $25/item, plus express shipping charge
Over 1 week to under 2 weeks - additional $40/item, plus express shipping charge
Under 1 week - additional $50/item, plus express shipping charge
Rush fees will be billed through invoice and must be paid in full along with balance prior to order being shipped.
