Shipping & Returns
At least 50% of the total must be paid for processing to begin on order. Full payment, including all tax and shipping costs, must be received prior to order being shipped. 95% of our items are custom, made-when-ordered garments. Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time for in stock items including games, toys, handcrafts, beauty supplies, and up to 90+ days for any clothing and custom orders - as our clothing (including shifts, caps, aprons, etc.) are made specifically for you, using your design preferences, when placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need your order by a certain date, so that we may adjust our production calendar accordingly. Only items specifically listed as ready-to-ship via our Etsy shop are in-stock clothing items - ALL other clothing is made-when-ordered and subject to the above turn-around time. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. International buyers are responsible for paying customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges.
Rush production is available for an additional rush fee per item, based on the following scale from +$15-+$50 per item. Dates are figured from when your order is placed and paid to when the order needs to ship to reach you within your time-frame. Rush fees will be billed through invoice and must be paid in full along with balance prior to order being shipped.
Returns and refunds (minus shipping and/or any rush charges) are ONLY available on non consumable pre-made and ready-to-ship marked items. All custom orders and consumble purchase sales are final. Any custom ordered items (any items where you choose the fabric type, color, finishing style, buttons, etc.) and any consumable items (craft kits, make-up, etc.) are NOT subject to refunds in part or in full.
Please note - the colors you see on your computer monitor can vary from how the colors may look in actuality or on other computer monitors. Quality of monitor, your screen resolution and other factors can all show you a slightly different variation of the same color(s). These swatches are for quidelines only. We cannot replace or refund custom orders due to color variations between actual fabric color and incorrect monitor imaging.

In order for us to fully ensure your purchases during shipping, our rates are based upon the amount of your shipping cart total.For shopping cart totals up to $39.99, shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. For all orders over $40.00, shipping is $9.00. Prices payable for the products you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order, plus any shipping charges as set out in the order form. International shipping will be through the current, most cost effective means between USPS International, UPS and FedEx - shipping from zip code 43045. International shipping fees do not include any custom fees or additional fees charged by the country to which the item is being shipped, and are the full responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs that come to an actual total over shipping costs charge through this website may be billed separately.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.
