Conditions of Use
The following are the general Terms and Conditions by which we operate this website. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Processing & Production Time
Full payment, including all tax and shipping costs, must be received prior to order being processed or shipped. 95% of our items are custom, made-when-ordered garments.  Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time for in stock items including games, toys, handcrafts, beauty supplies and socks, and up to 90 days for any clothing and custom orders -  as our clothing (including shifts, caps, aprons, shirts, dresses, petticoats, etc.) are made specifically for you, using your design preferences when placing your order.  Please contact us immediately if you need your order by a certain date, so that we may advise if the time frame is unatainable to do our current production schedule, or, so that we may adjust our production calendar accordingly.

Payment
For online purchases, we gladly accept PayPal, personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders. Orders paid by personal check may be held to allow the check to clear. Checks are payable to Hidden Dirk Mercantile, LLC, sent to 32 Greenfield Drive, Milford Center, OH 43045. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.

Rush Orders
Rush production may be available on select items for an additional rush fee per item, depending on item complexity, current production schedule and date item is needed by, if under the 90 turn-around time.  Please contact us for rates and availability. 

Rush fees will be billed through invoice and must be paid in full along with balance prior to order being shipped.

Laws regarding the sale of certain items in this catalog may vary from state to state. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and to conform to your local and state laws. The person placing an order from this catalog warrants that he or she is a legal adult and is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such a person from ordering, owning, or possessing these items under state, federal or local laws.

Website Errors
Hidden Dirk Mercantile strives to maintain our website with the most current information regarding our products. Should a discrepancy occur, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.

Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.
